Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

• Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only for defective products, wrong items received, or products that do not match the description/pictures.

• Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

• Process:

1. Email us at boohootrends@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and issue details.

2. Share clear photos/videos of the product defect or mismatch.

3. Once approved, we will arrange the return pickup.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued via original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

• Non-Refundable Items: Final sale items, clearance products, customized orders, and gift cards.
